I would like to learn how I could find ways in which I could access research materials for my library and legally disseminate research materials I acquire for my library through Open Access.
I have discovered that most libraries have problems setting up open source Integrated Library Systems (ILS) like Koha and Digital Repository Systems like Dspace…I have configured some virtual appliances for both of these systems on Linux and I am looking for ways to distribute them to libraries that need them in all corners of the world.
