Meeting about OA are being held around the world and OA get much advances mostly in developed and developing world but in Africa (mainly in median AFrica) stakeholders (researchers, even information professionals) still ignore benefits of OA. very Fewer librarians in my country know about OA. It would be significant to conven information professionals from the less developed countries to attend international meetings .
