Our foundation would like to start a conversation and highlight our thinking about how openness is an enabling mechanism for career readiness and relevance.

With the increasing perception that education is disconnected from the realities of the 21st century labor market, there is a more urgent need to stay career ready and relevant throughout lifetime. We seek to foster open access to and effective use of resources to help people stay career ready and relevant throughout their lives.

(This is just one of the ways we approach openness, but one we feel is a bit unique and under-considered)
