Event Description

To mark Open Access Week, the University of Liverpool will host a unique discussion of the current state of OA on both sides of the Atlantic. Peter Berkery, Executive Director of the Association of American University Presses, and Phil Sykes, University Librarian and member of the Working Group on Expanding Access to Published Research Findings – ‘the Finch Group’, will summarise the current policy outlook for US and UK academics, publishers and research managers.

This event is hosted by Liverpool University Library and Liverpool University Press. Cake and refreshments will be provided.
