Event Description

BioMed Central's "I Open Access" awareness campaign will kick-off at the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) conference in San Diego.

With a special "OA Story Photo-booth" at booth #1419/1421, the I Open Access team will be taking photos of visitors who wish to enter the launch competition for a chance to win a full APC waiver for their next article at BioMed Central or Springer Open.

I Open Access whiteboards will be available for contestants to write about why they choose open access. And photos will be taken to showcase each entry on the web.
