Event Description

Penn State University Libraries are sponsoring a morning of open access information for employees. We'll be covering a basic understanding of open access, how to be an ambassador and share info about OA, recent legislation for a policy in the Libraries and a resolution vote in the Faculty Senate, and what's happening nationally on open access to research.
