Event Description

For the Open Access Week from October 23rd onwards, the library of the École des Ponts ParisTech organizes an exceptionnal exhibition: Data Incognita.

Our aim is to show researchers that data has always been at the core of the work of the École des Ponts engineers and researchers. We can still find traces of these data today in our heritage documents: this is why researchers must value them today, and not wait to be included into our heritage collection to share them!

This exhibition discusses the good practices of research data management and sharing, and draw on the work of the École des Ponts elders to build a striking parallel between past and current practices.

This exhibition also lives online in our Digital Heritage Library, where you will be able to discover with more details a selection of documents.

It's an open exhibition, you're all welcome!
